Bay Leaf and Lemon Chicken Wings

These might sound simple, but they are top notch delicious. Even better, they are incredibly easy to make so if you ain’t got energy for moving too much, get these guys in the oven, then into your belly.

  • 12 Chicken wings
  • Couple of bay leaves
  • Good pinch Salt
  • 2 lemons
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
Pre heat the oven up to about 180’C.
In a bowl chuck in the chicken wings the salt, pepper (these taste amazing with a lot of seasoning), the juice of 1 and a half lemons (but don’t throw away the lemon skins) and the bay leaves.
Next add a good pour of olive oil and massage those bendy wings till they are nice and covered. Pour the chicken wings onto a baking tray and make sure they are spread out all nice so that none of them are climbing all over each other. Squeeze over a little more lemon, another bay leaf and put the lemon skins on the tray too.
Put the tray into the oven and cook for about 25 minutes, turning the wings over about half way through. After 25 mins take a look and keep cooking until the skin is all golden, crispy and delicious.
Once golden and crispy your chicken wings are ready too eat. Squeeze the now cooked lemons over everything. Cooked lemons are dreamy, and are even good enough to eat on their own.
I know, you would think you would need more to make something delicious, but you don’t, just munch them down.
If your feeling like something a little more Asian with a touch more spice and deep fried, why not try these Japanese Fried Wings.
  1. I do consider all the ideas you have presented to your post.

They are really convincing and will certainly work.
Nonetheless, the posts are very brief for novices.

May just you please extend them a little from subsequent time?
    Thanks for the post.
